We’re excited to announce that Core was honored with three Healthcare Advertising Awards, two Aster Awards and a Web Excellence Award. These awards recognize outstanding achievements in advertising, marketing, web design and communications. For us, they reflect our dedication to creating a bold mix of strategy and creative that puts people and their emotional needs front and center in healthcare marketing.
Two Healthcare Advertising merit awards and two Aster awards — one gold and one bronze — are for our work with ThedaCare on their recent “Inspired To” campaign. The campaign featured seven ThedaCare team members who live and work in the communities the health system serves. The team members’ stories highlighted ThedaCare’s commitment to community in a real, tangible way; setting the system apart from its larger competitors. Across a variety of media, we helped ThedaCare tell stories in their own words, and showed how the system inspires people to act, share their inspiration with others and play their part in creating a healthier future for all.
The third Healthcare Advertising Award is for our integrated awareness campaign with North Kansas City Hospital and Meritas Health. We built a comprehensive ecosystem to drive awareness to a heart care landing page where prospective patients could learn more about providers and even schedule a heart disease screening. To generate buzz around the initiative, we partnered with the Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs, creating an effective association with another leading local organization to underscore the brand position. Ultimately, our digital placements had a click-through rate of nearly twice the industry standard, increasing engagement and helping prospective patients find the right healthcare solutions.
Finally, the Web Excellence Awards recognized our redesign of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA) website as an exemplary model for dynamic web design. HOPA chose us as their creative and strategic partner to create a way to highlight their achievements, develop an intuitive content architecture and simplify search functionality. The new HOPA website now gives its users — and administrators — a better experience for learning and sharing about pharmacists’ important role in changing patients’ lives.
