Core Creative announces promotions, new hires

MILWAUKEE (July 10, 2014) – Core Creative, Inc., a Milwaukee-based branding firm, announces the promotions of three employees to recognize their contributions to recent growth. The moves are part of a continuing agency-wide strategic realignment, offering employees the opportunity to reach their potential and flourish as leaders, and providing the strategy and action clients need to serve their business goals.

Colin Deval has been promoted to public relations/social media strategist. Deval, who has been with Core for more than eight years, leads the agency’s social and PR department, developing strategies that align with client business objectives while engaging customers across multiple platforms. Deval is particularly focused on ensuring public relations and social media programs align with brand and creative strategy, developing campaigns that include action-based metrics to serve client goals.

Jessie Deschane has been promoted to assistant marketing specialist. Deschane, who has four years of marketing experience, has been with Core for nearly three years. She provides intimate client support for integrated campaigns and works directly with clients to identify their needs on a daily basis.

Chelsey Orlikowski has been promoted to assistant public relations/social media specialist. Orlikowski, who has spent five years working in social media marketing and PR, has been with Core Creative for nearly two years. Along with traditional public relations activities, she will assist with social content development, and monitoring and reporting so clients may benefit from the vast amount of data available from social marketing.

Core Creative also announces the addition of four employees in the first half of 2014:

  • Monica Cerletty joins the creative services team as a designer.
  • Bethany Rucinski joins the creative services team as senior writer.
  • Leigh Schlueter joins the design services team as project leader.
  • Andrea Nordgren leads the video department as director of visual content strategy.
