MILWAUKEE (July 8, 2014) – Core Creative, Inc., a Milwaukee-based branding firm, announces the appointment of Andrea Nordgren as Director of Visual Content Strategy. The new role is a demonstration of Core Creative’s commitment to continuing to evolve its visual storytelling capabilities to create and deliver brand stories across multiple platforms that align with client business objectives and enrich consumer experience.

Through storytelling, creative content development and direct one-on-one connections in social and mobile channels, video is an integral asset for companies. Beginning with their own website, companies have an opportunity to use video to tell their story on social platforms like Facebook , YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Vine and more. This new position will give Core Creative a key strategist to help clients use video to tell their story across the evolving digital landscape in ways that directly serve their business and campaign goals.

Nordgren will focus on expanding and integrating video in terms of strategy, creative, and production within the agency as well as serving as executive producer. ”Video’s importance in the marketing mix continues to rise. She joins Core Creative with nearly 20 years of visual content, production, brand and creative strategy experience. Her brand and digital agency background includes clients in Fortune 100 B2C, B2B, and non-profits in many industries including financial services, insurance, education, healthcare, entertainment, agriculture and manufacturing. Prior to her agency work she spent four years in communications at Northwestern Mutual and more than 10 years guiding visual creative and brand development for Lake Forest College in Illinois.
