Norvado, a telecommunications provider serving communities across Northern Wisconsin, has selected Core Creative as its agency partner. Core will collaborate with Norvado’s leadership team to strengthen product positioning, simplify product bundle offerings and redesign the brand’s digital experience to better serve customers.

Known for delivering high-touch, premium service in the telecommunications space, Norvado provides internet, TV, phone, security and streaming solutions to rural, small-town communities. Core’s engagement will focus on enhancing how these services are packaged and communicated, making it easier for customers to know their options and choose the right solution for their needs.

The work began with Core’s signature discovery process, including a collaborative workshop and secondary research to better understand consumer expectations around telecom experiences and bundled services. Core is developing audience personas, refining bundle structures and naming, and crafting key messaging to improve clarity and appeal across offerings.

In parallel, Core is leading the creative direction for a fully redesigned website experience. The new site will prioritize a more intuitive, transaction-focused user journey while visually elevating the Norvado brand.

The project, which kicked off in January, is on track for completion in early May.
