The American Heart Association has recognized Core Creative with Gold Recognition in its 2026 Well-being Works Better™ Scorecard, honoring organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to employee health and well-being.
The recognition reflects Core’s ongoing efforts to foster a workplace culture that supports employees both personally and professionally. Participating organizations are evaluated on best practices related to workforce well-being, including mental health, burnout prevention, benefits, workplace culture and employee support programs.
The Well-being Works Better™ Scorecard is a science-backed assessment developed by the American Heart Association to help organizations evaluate and strengthen workplace health strategies. Employers can earn recognition at the Completer, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum levels based on their adoption of recommended practices supporting workforce well-being.
The ninth recognition from the American Heart Association, this marks another year of recognition for Core and reinforces our commitment to creating an environment where people can do their best work while feeling supported, valued and empowered to thrive.
