When they asked for an internal brand launch idea that would help build employee engagement, we brought familial culture to the forefront with the concept of “One family. One team.”
We helped Charter show the human side of their brand by making employees the face of the organization. With an unscripted interview format, their employees spoke from the heart and showed us all what makes Charter so special.
We created a series of videos to support the internal brand launch, along with several printed pieces, plant signage, a digital presentation, and full documentation of all our brand discovery findings in a brand benchmark report and brand compass.
