TriHealth had a strong cardiovascular program but suffered from low market awareness, overshadowed by competitors that had established a long-standing reputation for the area’s best heart care providers, and were using that reputation to improve perceptions around their other service lines.
TriHealth approached us to help elevate their cardiovascular reputation and align their messaging with the system’s surprisingly human approach to healthcare—and the strong brand position we had helped them develop—to increase awareness of their expertise.
Our discovery process uncovered that a cardiovascular diagnosis “strikes fear into the heart,” but through reassuring, expert guidance, patients feel they have a clearer understanding of their outlook.
The See Your Possibilities campaign invites the community to explore TriHealth’s expertise and advanced treatment options, and the fulfilling life they’ll continue to live after being seen, heard and healed by the system’s uniquely compassionate care.
