Beth Crivello-Wagner appointed agency president and chief operating officer, where she’ll further unify Core’s key business divisions to better serve clients and elevate their brands.
Beth Crivello-Wagner, Core Creative’s president and chief operating officer, is stepping into a new role leading both of Core’s business units, Brand Services and Design Services. In her new role, Beth will guide the agency toward integrating and unifying our two business units to become a stronger agency with a singular focus on serving our clients and their brands.
“Beth recently celebrated 25 years with Core and has been a key driver of our success since early in her career,” said Ward Alles, agency founder and partner. “Her exemplary leadership, visionary qualities and ability to recognize and nurture the unique strengths in others make her deserving of this expanded leadership role.”
Beth joined Core in 2000 to lead its new Public Relations department, building a best-in-class, award-winning team, quickly gaining the confidence of clients and employees. In 2019, Core restructured into two key business units — Brand Services and Design Services. Beth continued to lead strategic creative marketing campaigns for a wide variety of healthcare, B2B and B2C clients, and in 2022, was named President of the Core Brand unit.
Under Beth’s expanded leadership, clients can expect stronger capabilities and greater integration across our core teams, as we continue to deliver maximum impact and breakthrough work with a delightful working experience.
Core partners Ward Alles, Jeff Speech and Rich Vetrano, who transitioned into their current Board of Directors roles in 2023, will take a step back to operate solely on Core’s Board of Directors rather than as owner-operators. The partners have been instrumental to Core’s success, leading the business through an emerging digital age, growing the Core team, expanding key client contracts, navigating a hybrid work environment during the COVID-19 pandemic and reinforcing Core’s role as a top agency in Milwaukee. For the past six years, Core has been named as one of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces, a testament to its ongoing dedication to its 70-employee team.
